1 - Is it safe to keep sensitive information on the site?
When you enter your sensitive information the HereAfter Thoughts website it is kept secure in our vault-like servers, which can not be accessed by any third party or external entity. We pay meticulous attention to safety and confidentiality: only the intended heirs (excluding minors), or trustees can access the data and information left for them.
2 - Who guarantees that the service will be provided after my death?
HereAfter Thoughts operates under full transparency and once you set up your account you will be given an activation link that you will then need to add to you Will/Estate plan, or however you choose to store the link information in order for a representative of your estate or an individual of your choice to gain knowledge of your account. The final step in the process is the system will be notified as instructed from the link and services will begin accordingly.
3 - How will you know that I am no longer alive?
A notification regarding a user's passing will be received by HereAfter Thoughts through an activation link that you will be supplied with in your account. There is also a link to that page in the main menu on the home page of this site.
4- How will my loved ones receive their products?
The products you purchase and customize will remain in your account until you are no longer with us and the link is activated. Upon activation the products will be sent to your loved ones in the desired manner you chose and on the desired dates in which you chose.
